We are looking for an Organisational Insights Partner who can turn data into insights that help the organisation make better people and business decisions. In this role, you will work across workforce analysis, organisational development and business decision support, translating people and organisational data into clear actions and evidence-based recommendations that strengthen how we understand our workforce, organisation and people priorities.
