Job Description
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service, the largest non-metropolitan Fire and Rescue Service in England, has the opportunity for an Organisational Learning and Evaluation Support Officer to join our Organisational Assurance team based at our Service Headquarters in Exeter. This is a permanent, full time position (37 hours per week) that offers a competitive salary starting at £38,220 and rising annually to £40,777 (gross) per annum.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and continuous improvement of organisational learning, evaluation and assurance processes.
- Capture, analyse and support the embedding of learning from reviews, inspections and performance activity.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and tools to assess performance, outcomes and impact.
