Location: Tallahassee, FL



Duration: 3+ months (Onsite)



Seeking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator. This role involves supporting IT-focused projects by coordinating change management activities across people, processes, and technology. You'll work under the direction of the Strategic Program Services Section Manager and IT Leadership to ensure successful delivery and adoption of various IT initiatives.



Scope of Services:


  • Lead OCM workstreams for IT projects and ensure integration with other workstreams.

  • Coordinate tasks, monitor daily activities, perform quality reviews, and provide status reports.

  • Develop and complete OCM project materials and deliverables.
