We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Section Head. This is a client-facing and strategic role
with responsibility for designing organizational structures, performance systems, and HR frameworks.
Oversees talent development, performance management, and organizational design.
Responsibilities
- Manage OD and HR transformation engagements
- Manage multiple client accounts
- Design organizational structures, job architectures, and grading systems
- Develop job descriptions, org charts, HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- Design Performance Management Systems (KPIs, OKRs)
- Build career paths, competency models, and succession plans
- Support compensation structures and salary frameworks
- Deliver high-quality consulting outputs and present recommendations to clients
