Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The position is primarily responsible for conducting job analysis and developing structured job descriptions to ensure role clarity, accountability, and alignment with the approved organizational structure. The position is also responsible for performing systematic job evaluation and assessment to determine appropriate job levels and rank ranges while maintaining consistency and internal equity across the organization.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Profiling and Documentation
- Develops and maintains comprehensive job profile for all positions within the approved organizational structure across Pioneer companies.
- Facilitates alignment meetings with team heads to identify job scope and role clarity.
- Secures approval of job descriptions from immediate superiors prior to job evaluation.
