who will help translate strategy into everyday culture, behaviours and ways of working i.e. linking employee insights and meaningful actions. This role will be based in Singapore.
What you will do: Lead change initiatives that unify teams across different services and locations Build leaders' capability to manage change and drive adoption Design experiences that strengthen collaboration and shared identity Gather and analyse data from surveys, focus groups, and listening sessions Turn feedback into practical interventions Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
What you bring: Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field 5-8 years in OD, change management, HR with OD focus...
