The Ormond RuMa Group Talent Programme is a hands‑on development programme by Ormond Group, owned by ECM Libra Berhad, for fresh graduates and early career professionals who want real exposure across hospitality, education, and service‑led businesses, with direct mentorship from senior leaders across the group.
Over 24 months, you will rotate across departments, properties, and even countries. From The Chow Kit to The RuMa, and potentially Japan, you will gain hands‑on experience across the business while working on real projects that impact operations and guest experience.
This is a full‑time, paid programme created to fast‑track your development into a future leader within the group. Along the way, you will receive mentorship from senior leaders while gaining exposure to how hospitality businesses are built and run.
