The Work
This is a full-scope orthopedic APP role. That means you're not shadowing — you're doing.
+ Running independent clinics — your patients, your assessments, your treatment plans
+ Comprehensive MSK care across a wide range of injuries and conditions: fractures, dislocations, joint pathology, soft tissue repair, post-op management, and more
+ Procedures — aspirations and injections, closed reductions, compartment pressure measurements, digital blocks, regional anesthesia, minor outpatient surgery (tendon repair, wound closure, I&D, percutaneous pinning, hardware removal)
+ OR assist — first assist, wound closure, internal device applic...
