NP/Orthopedic Surgery providers - Portland, OR

Location: Portland, Oregon, Medical Center
Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient/ Hospital
Start Date: October 1, 2023
End Date: April 5, 2024 (or longer, until permanent provider is hired)
Schedule: M-F, 7:30a - 4:30p; No Call; Please provide your availability
Requirements:
  • Active, unrestricted OR License
  • Board Certified
  • Oregon DEA
  • Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
  • ATLS & BLS Certifications
Skills: Adult & Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery Care, Suturing, Emergency and Trauma Care
EMR: Epic
Patients per shift: 12
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
Rate: $100-105/hour
