Job Description
OSS Fabrication Supervisor LV/MV required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
Supervision of fabrication and installation of OSS electrical systems, including SCADA, LV/MV, HVAC, Fire Protection, AUX, and monitoring systems.
QA/QC surveillance to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
Verification of fabrication progress, quality, and readiness for delivery.
Monitoring of assembly, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
Coordination of interfaces between contractors and packages, including management of Free Issued Materials (FIM).
Witnessing (GEN equipment) and/or execution (FIM) of factory acceptance tests and system testing.
Identification and reporting of risks, delays, and non-conformances to Package and QA teams.
Verification of fabrication processes and installation against approved documentation and drawings.
