Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN Location: Lumberton, NC Facility: Trinity Rehab Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with Assisted Living (AL) Trinity Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team in Lumberton, NC. This position provides the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment focused on both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Our facility is a beautiful 72-bed community, featuring: 52 Skilled Nursing beds 20 Assisted Living beds 10 private short-term rehab rooms with en-suite bathrooms Therapists enjoy working in our state-of-the-art rehab gym, designed to support comprehensive care and exceptional outcomes.
