  • Handling inbound calls related to payment of hospital bills
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on payment of hospital bills
  • Handling patient enquiries and providing billing information to patients
  • Sending statement of accounts
Working Hours
  • Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm

Requirements
  • Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • Proactive, committed and self‑motivated
  • Positive team player who can also work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
