Role: Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Rep

Location: Remote - Columbia OR South Africa

Hours: 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday, aligned with US business hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST)

Compensation: Fixed monthly pay in local currency + performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to business decision‑makers using a provided script and CRM
  • Set 3–5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team
  • Log all call outcomes and follow‑up tasks in the CRM
  • Use email and LinkedIn to confirm appointments and reduce no‑shows
  • Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience (B2B)
