Job Purpose
- Proactively engage customers via voice calls, email, digital channel like Whatsapp to build and nurture long term relationships to make the bank the primary banking partner and customer stickiness and loyalty.
- Analyze existing non-borrowing customer base to understand their business.
- Identify opportunities to introduce relevant banking solutions (e.g. CASA, loans, business credit card, merchant, QR).
