Job Overview: This role will focus on Outbound Sales Calling, appointment setting, and CRM utilization.
Responsibilities
- Conductoutbound calls to existing customers who have purchased trees, with the goal to promote our full suite of tree care services including pruning/trimming, health care (pest/disease mgmt., fertilization, etc.), removal, and monitoring
- Deliver a premium customer experience by thanking clients for their previous purchases, reinforcing the value of their investment, and introducing complementary care services.
- Educate customers on the benefits of ongoing tree and shrub care to support long-term plant health, property aesthetics, and value preservation.
