Outbound Training Scheduler for SaaS Customers

SD Solutions is seeking a talented Call Scheduler based in Medellín, Colombia, to engage with our paying customers proactively. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound follow-up calls, building relationships, and offering guidance on maximizing the use of the Connecteam platform.

The ideal candidate will possess fluent English and a commitment to a high volume of daily outreach, working closely with our Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and proper service handoffs.
