We are looking for a skilled Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative to support an HVAC company by managing customer communications related to service inquiries, scheduling, estimates, and sales. This role involves handling both incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and HVAC-specific knowledge to assist clients, offer solutions, and convert inquiries into scheduled services or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
