**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
+ Experience in a technical domain (e.g., Infrastructure, GKE, Data Engineering, or Cloud AI).
+ Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
+ Experience engaging with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience working with product and capacity teams to resolve technical and capacity blockers.
+ Experience in one or more of the following: AI Infrastructure, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) or data engineering.
