Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate new home and business service connections
- Identify and approach potential customers through outdoor sales activities
- Present and explain telecom products and services effectively
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions including visits, calls, and emails
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE
- Previous experience with DU, Etisalat, or their authorized channel partners is highly preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
