Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets across the casino floor.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and supervising servers, bartenders, and other food and beverage staff.
- Monitor quality of service and product to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage offerings.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
- Support management in achieving sales targets and controlling labor and operational costs.
- Conduct opening and closing duties, including shift reports and cash handling procedures.
