Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management of outlet retail operations and sales activities
- Provide an excellent customer service and address any queries and complaints
- Drive monthly sales target and ensure good outlet performance
- Manage the (Order, receive, monitor) inventory stocks and stock management
- Manage facility and safety and security of the outlet and team
- Manage stock (ordering of stocks, sufficient stock, stock take and etc.)
- Ensure that the daily sales are accurately deposited
- Manage the merchandise display in the outlet
