Working Hours
- Weekday: 6:30 am to 7:00 pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
- Every Sat: 6:30 am to 1:00 pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
- 44 hours per work week
- Greet and register patients
- Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
- Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
