**Job Title: Electrical Systems Technician**
**Job Description**
The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, overhaul, and operational testing of electrical systems aboard ships, supporting the Refueling Complex Overhaul program.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, repair, and test electrical systems on ships.
+ Support the Refueling Complex Overhaul program.
+ Read and interpret drawings related to chill water, ventilation, and steam systems.
+ Conduct inspections and testing, including flange/fitting inspections and hydrostatic testing.
+ Assess and repair corrosion on shipboard systems.
+ Replace or repair flow regulators, solenoids, temperature regulating valves, and isolation valves.
+ Mentor, train, and teach coworkers and customers.
+ Troubleshoot and repair shipboard ventilation systems, such as cooling coils and preheaters.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with naval ventilation systems.
