Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an Outside Operations Lead at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. NRG Park is a premier facility with four major venues within one complex, including NRG Center, NRG Stadium (home of the Houston Texans and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo), NRG Astrodome, and NRG Arena. This position serves as a frontline operations leader, supporting event execution across the park. Under the direction of Outside Operations Coordinators and Managers, the Outside Operations Lead assists with supervising staff, coordinating event setup and breakdown, and ensuring safe and efficient operations during events. This role provides hands-on leadership experience and exposure to large-scale events in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth within operations.
