Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
OTE: $90,000 - $140,000+
Work Style: Outside Sales Job Site Visits Territory-Based
About the Role
We are hiring a field-driven Construction Sales Representative to grow our staffing business across South Florida.
This is a true outside sales role - you will be in the field daily visiting job sites, building relationships, and generating new business.
You will be selling construction staffing solutions to contractors, subcontractors, and project teams that need reliable labor and skilled trades.
