K&R Staffing HR Consulting LLC is seeking a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to expand our client base and promote our staffing and recruiting services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and helping companies solve their workforce challenges. Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories. Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and follow-up activities to generate new client relationships. Present staffing and workforce solutions to business owners, hiring managers, and decision-makers. Schedule and attend client meetings to discuss hiring needs and staffing strategies.
