+ Operate rotary and tunnel ovens to bake products to established standards
+ Maximize oven use by ensuring they are loaded to capacity at all times
+ Manually load and unload ovens efficiently and safely
+ Monitor oven operation and notify maintenance of any issues
+ Accurately record data and complete necessary paperwork
