The Overall Vehicle Integration R&H VAW engineer is accountable for China-specific Ride & Handling system integration across vehicle projects, ensuring target achievement at overall vehicle level (performance, robustness, customer perception) in alignment with global Mercedes-Benz standards.

System & Target Ownership (Vehicle Level)

  • Define, own and continuously optimize China-specific R&H system targets at overall vehicle level
  • Align local targets with global Mercedes‑Benz standards, vehicle line strategies and customer expectations
  • Steer chassis functions and modules (suspension, steering, tires, damping systems, etc.) towards target‑conform system performance
