NFI Massachusetts Inc., a leading non‑profit human services agency, is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of individuals and communities. We are currently seeking an Overnight Residential Supervisor for our Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) located in Westborough, MA.
The IRTPs are specialized, short‑term locked facilities providing comprehensive care to male and female youth referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH). These state‑wide programs serve adolescents facing serious mental illness and/or severe emotional or behavioral challenges.
Our IRTPs offer a highly supportive and structured environment, staffed by a multidisciplinary team that includes child psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, clinicians, and educators.
