**Title:** Security Operations Center Supervisor
**Schedule:** Thursday-Saturday (10:30pm-6:30am)
**Location:** Hingham, MA (Free Parking)
**Pay:** $28.85/hour
**Position Overview**
The Security Operations Center (SOC) Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the SOC to ensure the continuous protection of people, property, and assets. The supervisor is responsible for managing SOC Analysts, ensuring compliance with post orders, coordinating incident response, and maintaining communication with site management, field personnel, and clients.

+ Supervise, train, and mentor SOC Analysts to ensure effective performance and adherence to operational procedures.
+ Oversee monitoring of Avigilon and related security systems across all client sites.
