Turning Point Youth Services (TPYS) seeks an engaged and compassionate individual for the role of Awake Overnight Youth Worker. This position focuses on mental health support and fostering a therapeutic relationship with youth aged 12 to 24. Responsibilities include direct client supervision, promoting engagement, and maintaining client records and program documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment for clients
• Establish therapeutic relationships with youth
• Assess mental health needs with a trauma-informed approach
• Provide direct care and supervision in the live-in program
• Maintain accurate client records and complete admin tasks
