A leading crypto exchange is seeking an Overseas Operations Manager (P2P) to drive strategic growth in Latin America.
This role requires extensive P2P market experience and a strong understanding of regional payment systems.
The adequate candidate will have over 5 years in platform operations with hands‑on P2P experience outside Mainland China.
Responsibilities include developing expansion strategies, collaborating with product teams, and analyzing market data.
Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is a must.
