Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in product set-up
- Perform UAT Testing of products before promoting to live environment, and ensure proper sign off
- Create new UW guideline in the core system when there’s new product code/ plan code created
- Resolve system problems by referring to policies, procedures, specifications
- Review of system process flow and perform cross functional impact analysis, when necessary, on new product or product enhancement
- Work on projects of low to moderate complexity.
- Raise system enhancement when necessary
