14.95 per hour (£13.45 + £1.50 market supplement) Shift pattern; 8am - 8pn dayshift & 8pm - 8am waking nightshift People who know me would say I am a lively, likeable and intriguing young man. I have Autism Spectrum Disorder and a learning disability and require a lot of additional support with day to day living. My team support me with all aspects of living in my own home, including personal care, Positive Behaviour Support and working towards my own individual goals and outcomes. At times, I can become anxious and upset and I need my team to help me with this - my team are trained in PAMOVA in order to support me during these times. Some of the things I enjoy doing include going for a walk, getting out for a drive in my van (which my staff drive for me), visiting parks and using the swings.
