We are seeking a talented individual to join our Casualty Department team at Marsh. This role will be based in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.


You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing casualty insurance programs, leading client engagements, and driving strategic risk management solutions. This role involves mentoring team members, overseeing workload distribution, and ensuring high-quality client deliverables.

We will count on you to:

  • Train, mentor, and oversee performance management for the casualty department team.
  • Coordinate and manage team workload to ensure appropriate staffing that meets client needs.
