Job Summary
:In this role, reporting to the Program Manager, you will assist with leading delivery of an assigned package of work by coordinating between engineering, field operations, project controls, customer stakeholders and assigned Principal Contractor team, providing guidance on constructability, planning, execution and delivery. You will contribute to construction design decisions, facilitate interdisciplinary reviews, and support project staffing and execution planning.
As a Package Manager, you will take a lead role in developing a team to establish project goals, milestones, priorities, metrics, and execution plans, while monitoring construction performance, compliance, and deliverables. You will ensure safety, sustainability, quality, and customer requirements are fully integrated into project delivery.
