Rightsizing - reducing packaging size by using a box that minimizes empty space while adequately protecting the contents
Reviews merchandise to ensure supplier uses minimum cube and optimal packaging. Review includes inner packaging, selling unit and master carton.
Provides packaging specifications, as required, to supplier and assigned buying offices.
Can be for Soft Home and Apparel both
Provides packaging consultation to assigned IBOs and suppliers.
