GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and PMO Lead, this position is responsible for operating all Hayssen and Triangle packaging equipment in a safe and responsible manner following the Packaging Machine Operator SOP.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS / DUTIES OF THE POSITION
- Operate all Hayssen and Triangle packaging equipment
- Work around machinery and equipment
- Perform forming tube changeovers (7, 8, 9, 10, 2lbs, 3lbs, and 5lbs)
- Operate Yamato and Ishida scales
- Maintain the area clean
- Perform extensive problem solving
