Job Overview
Lead and manage all packing house operations to ensure high‑quality, timely, and efficient packing of fresh produce. Implement best practices in sorting, grading, food safety, and documentation, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GAP, and GMP while maintaining a disciplined work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packing activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality and grading standards.
- Enforce HACCP, GAP, GMP, and sanitation standards; maintain required documentation and SOPs.
- Oversee manpower schedules, staff performance, coaching, discipline, and packing material inventory.
- Ensure proper temperature control, handling, and maintenance of packing tools, machines, and pre‑cooling areas.
