Key Purpose
To lead and manage the Packaging Department (People, Plant, Process and Systems) in order to achieve the required standard of product quality and output in the most efficient and effective manner.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Implement and comply with safety, health and environmental legislation and procedures.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
- Develop employees, ensure a healthy industrial relations climate, and apply people policies and practices.
