Key Responsibilities Manage the packaging development process through all NPD stages, delivering brand vision and growth on new products for specified brand(s). Ensure existing and new packaging components are fit for purpose and optimised for consumer appeal, line efficiency, cost and quality. Identify and lead margin‑improvement opportunities for the business. Lead packaging development through design, development and implementation stages of NPD activity. Provide technical packaging expertise to the design, artwork, repro and print stages of graphic implementation. Develop and hand over key packaging documentation to Manufacturing Standards, including BOM, component specifications and packing specifications.
