Our client is a manufacturer of household cleaning supplies and other consumer chemicals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing and managing the execution of sourcing strategies for key materials to bring the best total value to the company in the long-term.Supporting, and providing the packaging cost for new projects.Collaborating to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and the regional purchasing community, as well as the diversity managers in each kind of material.Developing and managing the relationships with key suppliers.Participating in negotiations with suppliers and ensuring appropriate commercial agreements are put in place to secure supply.Being responsible for SAP transaction and procedures compliance.Providing bi-annual cost card, price variance, and various other monthly reports.Performing various other tasks as assigned by the Section Head. ...
