Packaging- Senior Manager - Production- GU)

Description

  • Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
  • Monitor production processes across all departments (Production).
  • Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports (efficiency, downtime, rejection, etc.).
  • Manage and lead production teams, including shift in-charges and operators.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
