Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs/develops new processes and packaging ideas and translates to viable prototypes
- Improves and simplify product processes and recommends least cost packaging materials as part of yield improvement, production efficiency and cost reduction program.
- Evaluates and secures resources required to support the application of process, equipment and packaging through active interfacing with suppliers and technical partners
- Provides technical assistance during troubleshooting of process related problems, commissioning or fabrication of new equipment or implements, and handling of product complaints.
- Establishes storage, handling and shelf-life guidelines of products.
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelors / College Degree on Engineering (Packaging/Chemical), Food Technology and other related technical fields.
