Packhouse Administrator (Finance) – Stellenbosch.
Our client a medium-sized export fruit farm and packhouse near Stellenbosch is seeking a professional who can attend to all the Administrative and Financial requirements of the farm and packhouse office.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be highly motivated, a self-starter and bilingual in English and Afrikaans;
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word, and Pastel;
- Processing and Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors Invoices.
- Banking and Bank Reconciliation.
- Possess a financial background and be able to submit all UIF, PAYE, VAT and SARS returns timeously by way of eFiling;
- Compilation of farm and packhouse wages and be familiar with Payroll Software.
- Be familiar with GlobalGAP / FSMA / LEAF /BRCGS and SIZA implementation.
- Compiling all relevant documentation for Growers and Clients.
