Job Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manufacturing candidate to join our fast paced, dynamic team in Bottlepack working as a packing operator. The role involves rotating shifts Monday‑Sunday between 06:00‑18:00 or 18:00‑06:00, with a competitive salary and weekly shift allowance of £109.86. Annual leave is 25 days plus bank holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate within the Baxter documentation procedures (BaxU) and requirements, meeting all safety, quality and performance guidelines, and ensuring batch paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify quality defects, reject them, and if necessary, escalate issues to the team leader for resolution.
- Maintain optimum line performance throughout the shift by adjusting the machine within validated parameters.
