Job Description
OVERVIEW
Reporting in a line capacity to the Director of Diagnostic Imaging, the incumbent, in close collaboration with ITS, is responsible for leading the day-to‑day operations, quality assurance and troubleshooting of this system. The individual will be responsible for the training of staff and physicians as it relates to PACS and for the communication and information sessions on PACS technology. S/He is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the participation in new PACS and digital initiatives, as well as providing support and backup to the RIS support. Also, the individual will act as the liaison between TEGH and the Hospital Diagnostic Imaging Repository Services (HDIRS).
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- PACS Administrator certificate or in progress. (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification....
