Job Responsibilities
- To timely process pagibig loans.
- To timely review completeness of requirements of accounts with loan approval, collect post compliances from buyers.
- To regularly update the monitoring files for coordination and alignment of status per account.
- To provide quality and efficient customer service to out internal and external clients.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any business course, preferably Business Administration or Finance
- With at least 1 year of working experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge in pagibig/bank financing process
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and SAP
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Highly organized and keen to details
- Willing to report in Makati city
