Overview
As a Paid Social Business Director, you will lead the strategic and tactical execution across the account.
You will develop the digital strategy across multiple channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest. You will also be responsible for ensuring implementation and optimisation goals are achieved and client business targets are met as efficiently as possible.
You’ll manage senior client stakeholders, guiding them through a changing media and tech landscape while ensuring that paid social delivers clear, measurable impact. You’ll champion data‑led thinking, process excellence, and a people‑first culture, while supporting the agency's broader growth and innovation agenda.
