We’re looking for a Freelance Paid Search Manager to support the growth of our North American market.
This role is not about “running ads.” It’s about owning performance: understanding what drives lead quality, scaling what works, and making fast decisions based on data. You’ll manage a portfolio of acquisition campaigns, primarily across Search channels, with direct impact on revenue, margin, and client growth.
What you’ll do
Manage high-budget acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Bing (core focus)
Own performance across your portfolio: lead volume, quality, revenue, and margin
